LUNCH FORMS
A Florida Voluntary Pre-K Program Member
Students may purchase a pizza lunch on Fridays; otherwise, students must bring a lunch each day. If parents/guardians choose to purchase lunch, they must fill out a monthly lunch order form and return it with payment. Forms must be received prior to the beginning of each month, we will not except any forms after the first of the month. Parents/guardians need to pack all necessary eating utensils in their child's lunchbox. (Please note that we can not heat food in the microwave.) On the days that lunch is made available for purchase, if parents/guardians forget to pay and their child does not have a packed lunch, FFA will provide a lunch. A $2.00 lunch charge will be billed to your account.
